How to Get Here
The Fairmont Chicago is just across from Millennium Park at 200 North Columbus Drive, Chicago, IL 60601. Chicago is home to two major airports, Chicago O'Hare (ORD) and Midway (MDW). Public transportation in Chicago (CTA) is easy, affordable, and a green way to get around the city. The CTA has lines that run directly from the airport into the rest of the city. Plan a trip on the CTA. For guests using their personal vehicle or a rental car, parking is $86 for valet. Spot Hero is a less-expensive parking alternative with a variety of options.
If you're interested in utilizing rideshare, the most popular apps in Chicago are Lyft, Uber, and Curb.

Recent news reports have noted disruptions in the greater Chicago area due to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement over the past several weeks. These incidents have been isolated and are not expected to impact the PMI25 Manufacturing Success Conference. Please be assured that PMI is working proactively with the Fairmont Hotel to prioritize the safety and well-being of all our guests and conference participants. In addition, the city of Chicago and the state of Illinois extend a warm and proud welcome to all PMI25 attendees.
Your safety is our top priority of PMI. We are closely coordinating with the Fairmont’s professional security team, which operates 24/7, to ensure a secure and welcoming environment throughout the event. All official conference activities will take place within the Fairmont Hotel, with the exception of Tuesday evening’s event at Ignite Glass Studios. For this off-site event, transportation will be provided directly from the hotel’s auto lobby, and security personnel will be present at the venue to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Please note that any activities outside of the official conference schedule are at the discretion of individual attendees. If you have any questions or specific concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us. PMI conferences are non-smoking events.
Photography Policy
PMI reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by PMI, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Read this and other PMI policies.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Written cancellation and refund requests must be received by Oct. 4 for a full refund. Cancellations received between Oct. 4 and Nov. 3 will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Nov. 4 or for no-shows.
