The Guest/Spouse Rate includes the lunches, receptions and dinners. The rate also includes all fees: food and beverage, taxes, service fees and gratuities. The Guest/Spouse Rate only applies to non-industry guests and all guests are welcome to attend any of the open conference sessions.
All registration fees cover meals and receptions included in the conference.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Written cancellation and refund requests must be received by Sept. 22 for a full refund.
- Cancellations received between Sept. 23 and Oct. 22 will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the start of the event or for no-shows.
- Please note: All refunds will be subject to a 5% admin processing fee.
