Cancellation & Refund Policy for Paid Events
- Written cancellation and refund requests must be received one (1) month before the event for a full refund.
- Cancellations received between one (1) month before the event and the start of the event will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the start of the event or for no-shows.
- All cancellation requests for on-demand programs must be received within one (1) year of purchase. No refunds will be issued for on-demand programs that have been accessed.
Please note: All refunds will be subject to a 5% admin processing fee.
Photography and Video Notification
PMI reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by PMI, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.

Unless otherwise noted, the dress code for all PMI events is business casual.
PMI events are non-smoking events.
All dietary restrictions and/or accessibility requests should be sent to Jodi Stuhrberg, PMI Director of Programs and Administration, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
PMI follows all Centers for Disease Control (CDC) COVID-19 guidelines, including restricting travel and conference attendance during the isolation period if you test positive. PMI encourages all attendees to be up-to-date with the latest vaccine. Find a COVID vaccine near you.
