Antitrust Compliance Policy

PMI’s antitrust compliance is in effect for all PMI events. Click here to read the full policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy for Paid Events

  • Written cancellation and refund requests must be received one (1) month before the event for a full refund.
  • Cancellations received between one (1) month before the event and the start of the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the start of the event or for no-shows.
  • All cancellation requests for on-demand programs must be received within one (1) year of purchase. No refunds will be issued for on-demand programs that have been accessed.

Please note: All refunds will be subject to a 5% admin processing fee.

Photography and Video Notification

PMI reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by PMI, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.

Dress Code

Unless otherwise noted, the dress code for all PMI events is business casual.

Smoking Policy

PMI events are non-smoking events.
