How to Get Here

The Loews New Orleans Hotel is located in the Arts and Warehouse District at 300 Poydras St, New Orleans, LA 70130 on three blocks (about a 10-minute walk) from the French Quarter. Because of the hotel’s prime location, you get the best of both worlds: quick access to historic sights and the ability to sleep peacefully without the late-night Bourbon Street noise. The hotel is a 25-minute car ride from the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. If you're interested in using rideshare, the most popular apps in New Orleans are Lyft and Uber.

Dress Code

Attire for PMI conferences is business casual.

Security

Your safety is our top priority of PMI. We are closely coordinating with the Loews professional security team, which operates 24/7, to ensure a secure and welcoming environment throughout the event. All official conference activities will take place within the Loews Hotel, with the exception of Tuesday evening’s event at Red Fish Grill. Conference attendees will walk the short distance to the restaurant and PMI can provide transportation upon request. Please contact jstuhrberg@safeplumbing.org to arrange in advance.

PMI conferences are non-smoking events.

Photography Policy

PMI reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by PMI, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Written cancellation and refund requests must be received by Oct. 2 for a full refund.
• Cancellations received between Oct. 3 and Oct. 30 will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Oct. 31 or for no-shows.
• Please note: All refunds will be subject to a 5% admin processing fee.
