Registration Fees

Registration Rate: $1,549 (Sunset Rate begins Oct. 9: $1,649)

Guest/Spouse Rate: $699

The Guest/Spouse Rate includes the lunches, receptions and dinners. The rate also includes all fees: food and beverage, taxes, service fees and gratuities. The Guest/Spouse Rate only applies to non-industry guests, and all guests are welcome to attend any of the open conference sessions.

All registration fees cover meals and receptions included in the conference.

To encourage greater member employee attendance at PMI26, if your organization has four or more employees attending, PMI is pleased to extend a 20% discount starting with the fourth registration! Another way to gain additional registrations at a favorable rate is to become a PMI26 sponsor (information coming soon).

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Written cancellation and refund requests must be received by Oct. 2 for a full refund.
• Cancellations received between Oct. 3 and Oct. 30 will receive a 50% refund.
• No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Oct. 31 or for no-shows.
• Please note: All refunds will be subject to a 5% admin processing fee
